Green Bay Packers' defensive end Micah Parsons didn't mince words when it came to veteran analyst Skip Bayless. During a candid appearance on the "Open Thoughts" show, Parsons made it clear that he's not a fan of Bayless, asserting that he's more adept at discussing sports than the former FS1 host.
Parsons didn't hold back, saying, "Fk Skip Bayless. Fk all of them, I don’t give a f**k.
They want to ragebait me, but they won’t say it to my face. I’ll tell you how it is: you suck, your show doesn’t work anymore.
What are we talking about?"
He went on to challenge Bayless, now 74, to step onto the gridiron. "They will tell you how to play the game," Parsons said.
"Come play my position, Skip, because I can do what you do. I do it better sometimes."
Bayless, known for his strong opinions, was one of the critics of Parsons' trade to the Packers during the 2025 offseason. Parsons had spent four years with the Dallas Cowboys, a team Bayless passionately supports. When the Cowboys traded Parsons to Green Bay, Bayless labeled him "overhyped" and a "liability against the run" in playoff games.
Despite the criticism, Parsons made an impact in his first year with the Packers, though his season was unfortunately cut short due to an ACL injury in Week 15 against the Denver Broncos. Before the injury, Parsons had racked up 41 tackles (19 solo), 12.5 sacks, 12 tackles for loss, two forced fumbles, and one pass defended over 14 games. His performance earned him a Pro Bowl nod, marking his fifth overall since entering the league.
While Parsons' comments might stir the pot, his on-field prowess continues to speak volumes, and as he recovers, fans will be eager to see what he brings to the table next season.
