Jordan Love Ignites Crowd With Opening Day Pitch

Jordan Love's first pitch ignites excitement at the Brewers' opening game, setting the stage for a triumphant win over the White Sox.

Jordan Love is quickly becoming a familiar face in Wisconsin sports circles. Known for supporting local teams, he's been a regular at Milwaukee Bucks and Brewers games. But on Thursday, he stepped into the spotlight in a new way by throwing out the first pitch on the Brewers' opening day.

And let me tell you, the fans were all in.

Jordan Love Takes the Mound for Brewers’ Opening Day

The Brewers kicked off their season with a bang, dominating the Chicago White Sox 14-2. But before the bats got swinging, it was Packers QB Jordan Love who set the tone with his ceremonial first pitch:

The crowd couldn't get enough of seeing their QB1 on the mound, with "Go Pack Go" chants filling the stadium.

Brewers Start Strong with Opening Day Rout

The game started with a jolt as the White Sox hit a first-inning home run off The Miz. But from there, it was all Brewers.

Milwaukee exploded with four runs in the second inning and by the fifth, they were cruising with an 8-1 lead. Jake Bauers and Sal Frelick both sent balls over the fence, while William Contreras and Bauers each tallied three RBIs. Jacob Misiorowski was in fine form, setting a franchise record with 11 strikeouts on opening day.

The Brewers wrapped up the game with a commanding 14-2 victory, kicking off their season on a high note. They'll face the White Sox again on Saturday at 6:10 PM central time.
