A TikTok from beverage cart worker Kayla Brooke has struck a nerve after she posted a clip showing several ugly moments she says she’s dealt with on the golf course.
Brooke, who posts as @itskaylabrookeee, said the video reflects the kinds of interactions she runs into while working. It has already pulled in 8.2 million views, and the footage is hard to watch at times: rude remarks, unwanted run-ins, and one confrontation that escalated fast.
The clip begins with a golfer rolling by in a cart and shouting, “You’re ugly. You’re f******* ugly.” On-screen text over the video reads, “The things I deal with as a cart girl.”
From there, the tone gets worse. Brooke confronts a golfer after seeing him urinating near her cart and asks, “You just had to take a pee like, right in front of me?” He laughs and fires back, “You’re not supposed to look.”
Brooke doesn’t let that slide. “I’m not supposed to look?”
she asks, then points out that a restroom was available at the end of the hole. The golfer says he doesn’t understand the issue and adds that he would “pee wherever else” if he had to.
The argument keeps building. The golfer asks why Brooke is even there, and she answers, “It’s my job.
It’s my job. You better pray that a woman in your life is never treated like that.”
Another golf course employee chimes in, saying, “there’s a girl watching.”
Even after that, the golfer keeps pushing. He walks toward Brooke, asks her age, accuses her of watching him, and insults her again.
As he drives off, he repeats, “You’re not hot. You’re ugly.
You’re f****** ugly.”
In the comments, Brooke later said management stepped in right away and permanently banned the golfer from the course.
Viewers flooded the post with support, with some sharing screenshots of the golfer and urging others to help identify him. “TikTok, do your job,” one user wrote.
Another asked, “Soooo, where does he work?” A third added, “‘Did you not like that?’

The video also kicked off a broader discussion about public urination on golf courses. According to Criminal Defense Lawyer, every US state has laws or local rules that can punish public urination, and depending on the circumstances, a person could face charges like disorderly conduct or creating a public nuisance.
