Genesis Invitational: Round Three Recap
The Genesis Invitational is heating up, and Jacob Bridgeman is making quite the statement. With a commanding seven-under-par 64, Bridgeman has taken a firm grip on the leaderboard at Riviera Country Club, sitting at an impressive 19 under par.
Rory McIlroy, starting the day just a stroke behind Bridgeman, now finds himself six shots back after a solid two-under-par 69. McIlroy's performance keeps him in second place at 13 under, but he'll need a big push in the final round to catch up.

World number one Scottie Scheffler is hanging in there, tied for 22nd at five under after carding a 66. His clutch seven-foot putt on Friday ensured he made it to the weekend, but he'll need something special to climb the ranks.
