Kirby Smart Targets Elite 2027 WR Recruit Ah'Mari Stevens from Miami

Georgia Bulldogs' coach Kirby Smart is poised to make a compelling case for Ah'Mari Stevens, a top 2027 wide receiver recruit, during his crucial official visit next month.

As college football recruiting heats up, all eyes are on the Georgia Bulldogs, particularly when it comes to flipping committed players. Kirby Smart is already in the mix, targeting four-star wide receiver Ah'Mari Stevens, who initially committed to Miami back in January 2025.

Stevens, a standout from Chaminade-Madonna High School in Miami, has recently released his top five schools and outlined his official visit plans. Among those visits, Georgia will host Stevens on June 5, marking his third of four official visits. This timing could be crucial for Smart as he aims to bring Stevens to Athens.

Despite his commitment to Miami, Stevens is keeping his options open. He plans to visit LSU, Miami, and Texas, with Georgia strategically positioned after Miami. Interestingly, Tennessee, though in his top five, isn't on the list for an official visit.

Kirby Smart is in need of bolstering his wide receiver lineup for the Class of 2027. Currently, the Bulldogs have just one wide receiver commit, three-star Aden Starling. Securing Stevens would significantly enhance Georgia's receiving corps.

Stevens, ranked as the No. 31 wide receiver in his class by 247Sports, is not just a football talent; he's also a track athlete, showcasing impressive speed and route-running abilities. While flipping his commitment from Miami will require some effort, Stevens' willingness to explore his options suggests that Smart has a real shot at landing this dynamic playmaker.
