Caleb Banks is ready to make a statement at the 2026 NFL Scouting Combine, as he joins his fellow defensive linemen in showcasing their talents for the upcoming Draft.
Before even stepping onto the field, Banks, a former Florida Gator, exuded confidence during his media session. He made it clear that he’s prepared to demonstrate his versatility and strength.
"I feel like I have the ability to play from a zero to nine, all around, as one of the best defensive linemen in this class," Banks declared with conviction. "I’ll run through a motherf*****'s face."
Banks' Draft stock is on the rise, and for good reason. His standout performances at the Senior Bowl, both in practice and the game, highlighted his ability to overpower opponents. He’s determined to carry that momentum into the Combine and Florida’s Pro Day in Gainesville.
"I just handle my business every single day," Banks stated. "Showing up on time, going to meetings, and being myself, that's all I've got to do."
Over his three seasons at Florida, Banks recorded 46 total tackles (19 solo), 5.5 sacks, a forced fumble, and a pass deflection. While those numbers might not leap off the page, it’s his energy and physical presence that have scouts buzzing. The Combine and Pro Day are prime opportunities for him to further cement his value.
Banks, alongside other defensive linemen and linebackers, will hit the field on Thursday, Feb. 26, for a series of drills designed to showcase their skills to NFL executives, scouts, and coaches. It’s a chance for Banks to prove he’s more than just talk-he’s ready to deliver.
