Dak Prescott’s new Texas property is turning heads, and the biggest surprise isn’t the size of the house.
Fresh aerial photos of the Cowboys quarterback’s estate in Prosper show a sprawling compound still under construction, built around a massive multi-wing main residence. But the most eye-catching feature sits nearby: Prescott has his own private football field.
This is not just a simple stretch of turf. The field includes yard lines, Prescott’s “4K” logo at midfield and “FAITH” written across one end zone, giving the property the feel of a personal practice setup.
The home itself is equally ambitious. Images show a modern design with a light exterior, dark roofing and tall windows running through multiple wings of the residence. Work is still ongoing in parts of the property, which makes the scale of the project even more obvious.
The grounds also include a private pond, detached structures and wide open outdoor spaces around the main house. Taken together, the place looks less like a single mansion and more like a private compound.
Location is part of the appeal, too. Prosper is north of Dallas, keeping Prescott in the greater Dallas-Fort Worth area while giving him far more room than he’d have closer to the city.
The new look at the property arrives during a busy stretch for the 33-year-old quarterback. Along with the start of another NFL season, Prescott has also been dealing with public attention around his split from former fiancée Sarah Jane Ramos, with whom he shares two children. He addressed the breakup talk during Cowboys training camp, though he has mostly stayed focused publicly on football and his family.
For now, though, the spotlight is on the house. Construction is still underway, but even unfinished, Prescott’s estate already makes a statement.
