The Cavaliers are putting 15 regular-season games on free, over-the-air television this season, giving fans another way to watch before DAZN’s paywall kicks in.
Cleveland and Gray Media announced the package as part of a partnership with DAZN, the team’s newly announced streaming partner. The games in the package will be available without a subscription, with coverage in Cleveland on WOIO (CBS 19) and WUAB (MyNet 43), and statewide on Rock Entertainment Sports Network.
RESN is a collaboration between Gray Media and Rock Entertainment Group, the company that owns the Cavaliers, Cleveland Sirens, Cleveland Monsters and Cleveland Charge.
The broadcast slate, which is subject to change, will include pregame and postgame coverage. It opens Monday, Oct. 26 with Minnesota at Cleveland at 7 p.m. on WUAB, followed by Cleveland at Atlanta at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 29, also on WUAB.
The list continues with Oklahoma City at Cleveland at 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 2, 2026 on WOIO-CBS; Dallas at Cleveland at 7:30 p.m.
Saturday, Nov. 14 on WOIO-CBS; Golden State at Cleveland at 8 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 12 on WOIO-CBS; Cleveland at Detroit at 7:30 p.m.
Friday, Dec. 18 on WOIO-CBS; and Cleveland at Washington at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 23 on WOIO-CBS.
The free TV schedule also includes Cleveland at Charlotte at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 2 on WOIO-CBS; Cleveland at Dallas at 8 p.m.
Saturday, Jan. 23 on WOIO-CBS; Cleveland at Toronto at 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 29 on WOIO-CBS; Orlando at Cleveland at 7:30 p.m.

Gray stations in other markets, including Cincinnati, Lima and Parkersburg, West Virginia, will also carry the package. Gray said it will look for additional third-party broadcasters in areas of the territory where it does not own or operate television stations.
The regular season is 82 games.
