Still, the offense’s ceiling is tied to the quarterback situation, and that remains unsettled with Deshaun Watson or Shedeur Sanders in the mix. That uncertainty is why the most realistic expectation is a finish in the middle to bottom half of the league.
If everything breaks right, the Browns could land in the 10-13 range. That would still be a meaningful step forward after Cleveland ranked among the league’s bottom five in most offensive metrics in 2025.
