Etienne's journey to New Orleans follows a five-year stint in Jacksonville, and the Saints have chosen him over Notre Dame’s Jeremiyah Love in the draft. It's not hard to see why: Etienne is coming off a stellar season with 1,399 yards from scrimmage and 13 touchdowns, both career highs. Saints head coach Kellen Moore is enthusiastic, highlighting Etienne’s "home run" speed that Clemson fans have long admired.
PFF’s Concerns: A Closer Look
Despite Etienne's impressive stats, PFF isn't entirely sold. Over the past two seasons, they ranked his rushing grade 58th out of 72 qualified backs. Their concerns center on two main issues:
