The Bulls are adding a new wrinkle to their 2026-27 promotional calendar, and it’s one that should get fans lining up early. Chicago has announced its first-ever “Statement Edition Bobbleheads,” a seven-piece series that will be handed out on the same nights the team wears its pinstriped statement edition uniforms.
The catch is simple: they’ll be available only while supplies last. The United Center usually draws near-capacity crowds, so collecting the full set could be a race from the moment the doors open.
The series begins Dec. 1, when the Knicks visit and the first bobblehead honors franchise legend Joakim Noah. The team’s silhouette image shows Noah in a bucket hat, flashing a peace sign with a ball tucked under his arm. Given how often Noah has been around the organization in recent years, it wouldn’t be a surprise if he’s there that night.
Two weeks later, on Dec. 14 against the Giannis Antetokounmpo-led Miami Heat, Matas Buzelis gets the spotlight as the first current Bull in the collection. His silhouette appears to show him holding out a flag.
Chicago’s other key young piece also made the list. Caleb Wilson will close out the series on March 22 against the Sacramento Kings, and his bobblehead is depicted going for the crossover. If that isn’t already a sought-after item, the timing could make it even bigger if Wilson is in the middle of a ROY push by then.
The rest of the schedule fills out a mix of current players and franchise icons: Norman Powell on Dec. 30 against the Celtics, Josh Giddey on Jan. 25 against the Mavericks, Dennis Rodman on Feb. 9 against the Warriors, and Horace Grant on March 9 against the Celtics.
Giddey’s bobblehead is tied to the pose fans remember from his half-court game-winner against the Lakers. Rodman’s, meanwhile, has him perched on a giant motorcycle.
Chicago is also bringing back its local artist hat series and has more giveaways on the way, including a Benny the Bull Snow Globe during the holiday season and a Los Bulls crewneck in the spring. But this bobblehead run looks like the marquee item on the promotional slate, so fans hoping to snag one should get to the UC early.
