Tom Brady Gave Bears Fans An Off-Field Talking Point In Week 6

Tom Brady's eye-catching accessory choice becomes the talk as he steps into the broadcast booth, reflecting both his style and successful entrepreneurship.

Tom Brady had more than the Bears-Falcons matchup on his wrist Sunday.

While calling the Week 6 game for FOX Sports, Brady shared a look from the booth at the Rolex Land-Dweller he was wearing for the broadcast. The watch, according to Rolex.com, carries a $68,400 price tag and features a 40mm platinum build with a honeycomb design on the face.

"Game time @nflonfox, Bears at Falcons!!" Brady said.

Brady has made a habit of posting the watch he wears for FOX Sports’ game of the week each week, turning the pregame look into part of the show.

The former quarterback has also been busy away from the booth. Since retiring from his NFL career in 2022, Brady has poured money into several business ventures, including Card Vault by Tom Brady, a company that sells sports and other trading cards.

On September 30, Brady marked the opening of his 19th Card Vault location with an Instagram post. The new store is in Los Angeles, California, and Brady said he was grateful to have friends and family there for the opening, including FOX Sports colleagues Kevin Burkhardt and Erin Andrews.

"I am very grateful to have had so many friends and family join us in LA last night for @CardVaultByTomBrady’s NINETEENTH store opening. Opening another store in my home state, and in a city that I have so many great memories in is a dream come true. We truly couldn’t do this without all of you who support the hobby and the brand and the enthusiasm we see on peoples face as they walk into a shop is worth all the blood sweat and tears," Brady said.

Brady also has stores in Las Vegas, Brooklyn, Chicago, Austin, Kansas City and Indianapolis, among other locations.

Bears Just Reshaped Their Defense Ahead Of A Crucial Falcons Test

The Bears entered their Week 6 matchup with the Falcons making a series of roster moves that could reshape how their defense looks on Sunday. Caleb Williams was confirmed as the starting quarterback, while the front seven took a hit with Dayo Odeyingbo landing on injured reserve and sidelined for at least four games. On the other side of the ledger, Shemar Turner was activated from IR, giving Chicago another healthy body as it tries to steady itself against Atlanta.

Chicago also made a notable change in the secondary by getting Kyler Gordon back on the field and reworking the back end around him. Cam Lewis moved from the slot to safety, while Xavier Woods was released, leaving the Bears to sort out how the new alignment fits against a Falcons offense that will force them to be on point right away. Kyler Gordons Bears Return Turned Into Something Nobody Saw Coming

Kyler Gordons long-awaited return in Week 6 against the Falcons was supposed to be about easing back into action after missing nearly a year with injuries. Instead, it became one of the most unusual defensive performances the Bears have seen in a while, with Gordon jumping back into the lineup and immediately changing the game for a defense already trying to hold together without several starters.

Gordons impact went well beyond just being active again, and it came in ways few would have predicted for a cornerback. His pressure off the edge kept Atlanta off balance and gave Chicago a much-needed spark on a day when the Bears needed every healthy body they could get, leaving his return as the kind of storyline that prompts a deeper look at just how disruptive he can be when he is on the field. Tom Brady Just Added More Fuel To Bears Falcons Rivalry

Tom Brady has already made a habit of turning broadcast booths into part of the storyline this season, with offhand remarks that have ranged from a reaction to Jayden Daniels injury to a comment on Justin Herberts interception. During the Bears-Falcons game in Week 6, he leaned into that reputation again, using the airwaves to bring a little extra edge to a matchup that already carried its own history and energy.

The comment landed with Atlanta fans because Brady framed the viewing experience as a choice among familiar voices who have all had their share of moments against the Falcons. It was the kind of line that felt half-joke, half-needle, and it fit a broadcast that reminded viewers how often Atlanta has become part of the leagues bigger conversations, whether through old playoff scars or the analysts now telling the story of the game.
