The offseason has officially begun in Orlando, and for UCF, it’s shaping up to be a busy one. After closing the year with a loss to then-No.
11 BYU, the Knights are now in full transition mode under head coach Scott Frost. The transfer portal is open for business - and while no new faces have joined the program just yet, the departures are already stacking up.
This is the new reality of college football: roster turnover is fast, frequent, and often unpredictable. For UCF, it means retooling a roster that’s already seen a significant number of players enter the portal in search of new opportunities. Some are looking for more playing time, others for a better fit, and a few are chasing that elusive shot at the next level.

As of now, the Knights haven’t added any new transfers.
