I’m leaning away from the side and toward the total here. The Browns have gone OVER in both games, and Carolina came close last week after combining for 96 total points in its opener and then putting up 34 in Week 2. I could see the Panthers getting close to 30 on their own, with Cleveland doing enough to help the number climb.
I’m torn between taking the Panthers or the over, but I'm going to go with the total at this point in the week.
