The Wolfpack Club wrapped up the 2026 fiscal year with one of its biggest fundraising runs ever, bringing in nearly $50 million and finishing with the second-highest total in program history.
That surge was built on several fronts: record annual giving, a wave of major gifts and steady expansion in the club’s membership programs. The Wolfpack Club also closed 165 major gifts during FY26, the most in its history, a sign that the momentum behind NC State Athletics kept building throughout the year.
Annual support reached a new peak as the Annual Scholarship Fund topped $15 million, setting another program record and directing scholarship help to Wolfpack student-athletes. The Red Wolf Society, the club’s major giving society, also kept climbing.
It now stands at 500 members, more than double the 206 charter members it launched with in October 2023. During FY26, 108 new members joined that group.
“The commitment of our donors to provide an elite experience for our student-athletes and their passion for the Wolfpack is truly remarkable,” said McMurray Family Director of Athletics Boo Corrigan. “We are so grateful to each and every member of the Wolfpack Club who has helped position our programs for sustained success.
“I would also like to thank Ben Broussard and his staff for their hard work and dedication. Not only do they do a great job fundraising, but they are great stewards of those contributions and make sure that their members are constantly kept up to date on all the good news about NC State Athletics.”
Ben Broussard, the deputy AD and executive director of the Wolfpack Club, pointed to the fan base as the driving force behind the year’s results.
“I can’t stress enough how amazing our fans and donors are,” said Deputy AD and Executive Director of the Wolfpack Club Ben Broussard. “The success of the Wolfpack Club is owed in its entirety to the most dedicated fans in America. I am proud to be a part of it and thank each donor for doing their part.”
Several other markers underscored the club’s growth during FY26. The Light It Red campaign produced seven figures for the fourth straight year since the initiative began.
Fifty-five percent of Wolfpack Club members raised their annual giving by at least $1 during the 2025 membership year. The club also welcomed a record number of Student Wolfpack Club members, and former student-athletes now make up nearly 10% of the membership, up from the previous year.
For NC State, the year added up to a fundraising stretch that continued to push resources toward championship-level support for its student-athletes.
