Bills Eye Controversial NFL Star To Finally Break Super Bowl Curse

Odell Beckham Jr.'s 2026 comeback ambitions could spark interest from the Steelers, Bills, and Raiders, all of whom could benefit from his veteran presence.

As Odell Beckham Jr. eyes a return to the NFL, teams like the Pittsburgh Steelers, Buffalo Bills, and Las Vegas Raiders should be paying close attention. Beckham, a former All-Pro wide receiver, recently expressed his eagerness to get back on the field during a conversation with Kay Adams at the Fanatic Flag Football Classic. "Looking forward to hopefully getting an opportunity to play this year, and hopefully, this is kinda just a starting point," Beckham shared.

After sitting out the entire 2025 season, Beckham last suited up in 2024 with the Miami Dolphins, where he managed nine catches for 55 yards across nine games. The year before, he showed flashes of his old self with the Baltimore Ravens, catching 35 passes for 565 yards and three touchdowns over 14 games. While his prime years might be behind him, Beckham still brings valuable experience and could bolster a team’s receiving corps.

Why the Steelers, Bills, and Raiders Should Be Interested

The Steelers have been busy, adding Michael Pittman Jr. to pair with DK Metcalf. However, they still need more depth at wide receiver.

Beckham has even hinted at past discussions with Aaron Rodgers, Pittsburgh's projected quarterback for 2026, about potentially joining the team. "I love him, and we’ve had conversations," Beckham mentioned on the Club Random Podcast with Bill Maher.

If Rodgers returns as expected, those talks might just reignite.

Meanwhile, the Bills have strengthened their lineup with DJ Moore but, like the Steelers, lack depth beyond their top receivers, Moore and Khalil Shakir. Adding a seasoned player like Beckham could provide the stability they need.

The Raiders face uncertainty in their wide receiver room. Jalen Nailor is the only notable addition, joining a group that includes untested 2025 draft picks Dont'e Thornton and Jack Bech, along with veteran Tre Tucker. Beckham might not be a game-changer, but he could certainly add depth and experience.

While Beckham isn't expected to be a savior, the Steelers, Bills, and Raiders could benefit from his presence as they look to strengthen their squads.
