Brown, who had tallied eight points and seven rebounds in just 15 minutes, was ejected late in the second quarter after receiving two technical fouls for disputing a call.
The incident unfolded when Brown argued that he was fouled by Spurs guard Stephon Castle before stepping out of bounds, leading to a turnover. His protests to referee Tyler Ford resulted in a quick technical foul. Moments later, as Brown continued to express his frustration, another official, Suyash Mehta, issued a second technical, sealing his ejection.
Brown's displeasure was palpable, as teammates Sam Hauser and Baylor Scheierman had to intervene before he left the court. This marked only the second ejection in Brown's decade-long NBA career, the first being against the Knicks in 2023.
