Stetson responded in the bottom of the second with a solo home run from Logan Forman, narrowing the gap to 2-1.
The Bears blew the game wide open in the third inning with a five-run rally. Brooklyn Carter kicked things off with a single and scored on a groundout from Faith Piper. With the bases loaded, Kaygen Marshall delivered a grand slam to center field, extending Baylor's lead to 7-1.
Baylor added two more runs in the fourth. Carter drew a walk, stole second, and with Toven also walking, Dawson reached on a throwing error that allowed both Carter and Toven to score, sealing the 9-1 victory.
