Get ready, basketball fans! Baylor's men's basketball team is heading to Las Vegas for the College Basketball Crown, running from April 1-5.

Their first showdown will be against Minnesota at 9:30 p.m. CT, broadcasted on FS1 from the iconic MGM Grand Garden Arena.

Baylor is part of an elite eight-team lineup, including Colorado, West Virginia, Creighton, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Rutgers, and Stanford.

Head coach Scott Drew shared his enthusiasm, saying, "We're excited to have the opportunity to continue competing in the College Basketball Crown. We've been blessed with a great group of guys, and we're grateful for the opportunity to spend a few more weeks with them and hopefully finish this year with a win."

The Bears' clash with Minnesota marks their first-ever meeting. The winner will advance to face either Colorado or Oklahoma in the semifinals, scheduled for Saturday, April 4.

The championship game will follow on Sunday, April 5, at 4:30 p.m. CT at the T-Mobile Arena, airing on FOX.

Calling the action throughout the tournament will be two-time All-American and NBA veteran Jim Jackson. He'll team up with FOX Sports' lead college basketball announcer Gus Johnson for the semifinals and championship, while Tim Brando takes the reins for the quarterfinals on FS1.
