Baylor Baseball Confirms TV Plan for All 54 Games This Season

Baylor baseball fans will have unprecedented access to every pitch of the 2026 season, with a comprehensive broadcast lineup spanning TV, streaming, and radio platforms.

Baylor Baseball’s 2026 Broadcast Slate Locked In: Every Game to Be Televised

Baylor baseball fans won’t have to miss a pitch this season. The Bears are going wall-to-wall with coverage in 2026, announcing that all 54 regular-season games will be televised - a major win for those who like their baseball with a side of high-def.

Of those 54 games, 48 will stream on ESPN+, giving fans a consistent home to catch the action. That includes every one of Baylor’s 29 home games, all 15 road conference matchups, and four non-conference midweek tilts. Whether it's a Big 12 showdown or a Tuesday night tune-up, the Bears are making sure the cameras are rolling.

And the voices behind the mic? They’re as familiar as the green and gold.

John Morris, entering his 31st season as “The Voice of the Bears,” returns alongside Baylor Athletics Hall of Famer Pat Combs, who brings 14 seasons of insight and experience to the booth. Together, they’ll call every home game, continuing a broadcast partnership that’s become a staple of Baylor baseball.

The Bears will also be featured on a few other platforms this spring, including the 2026 Round Rock Classic at Dell Diamond from Feb. 20-22. That three-game stretch against Oregon State, Purdue, and Southern Miss will stream exclusively on D1Baseball.com - a solid early-season litmus test for Baylor against some quality competition.

Then there’s the 2026 BRUCE BOLT College Classic in Houston from Feb. 27 to March 1, where Baylor will square off against Ole Miss, Texas, and UTSA. Every game in that showcase will be available on the Space City Home Network, the SCHN+ App, Astros.com, and across the Houston Astros’ social media platforms - Facebook, X, and YouTube. It’s a high-profile stage with a strong lineup, and Baylor’s right in the mix.

Radio coverage remains a cornerstone of the Bears’ media presence, and ESPN Central Texas (1660 AM and 92.3 FM) will once again serve as the home for Baylor baseball on the airwaves. Derek Smith is back for his 11th season calling play-by-play, teaming up once more with Tom Barfield, who returns for his third straight season after previously logging 14 years in the booth. Adding some fresh perspective to the mix, former All-Big 12 standouts Cole Posey and Cortlan Castle will lend their voices to select broadcasts throughout the year.

As for the action on the field, it all gets going on Friday, Feb. 13, when Baylor opens the season with a four-game homestand. The headliner is a three-game weekend series against New Mexico State, with first pitch of Opening Day at Magnolia Field at Baylor Ballpark set for 4 p.m.

So whether you're streaming on ESPN+, tuning in on the radio, or catching the Bears on one of several national platforms, there’s no shortage of ways to follow Baylor baseball this season. And with a full slate of coverage lined up, it’s shaping up to be a season worth watching - from first pitch to final out.
