Pocic adds another layer of stability on the other side. He’s not Linderbaum, but he brings 97 starts and more than four years of starting experience from the Seattle Seahawks and Cleveland Browns. That’s the kind of presence a rookie can lean on when the game starts speeding up.
The bottom line is simple: Ioane has been handed a pretty favorable setup for his first season. With two established veterans on the interior and Jackson able to dodge pressure as well as anyone, the Ravens may have given the 22-year-old a real chance to settle in fast and show his ceiling sooner rather than later.
