Keyshawn Hall Stuns as He Secures Coveted SEC Honor

Keyshawn Hall's impressive performance this season earns him a spot on the Third Team All-SEC, highlighting his scoring prowess and rebounding skills.

AUBURN, Ala. - Auburn's own Keyshawn Hall has earned a well-deserved spot on the Third Team All-SEC, as recognized by the league’s 16 head coaches. This accolade is a testament to Hall's impressive performance throughout the season, marking him as one of the standout players in the conference.

Hall wrapped up the regular season as the SEC’s fourth-leading scorer, averaging 20.4 points per game. Not just a scoring machine, he also made his presence felt on the boards, ranking 10th in rebounding with 6.9 per game. Alongside Dailyn Swain from Texas, Hall was one of only two players in the league to rank in the top 10 for both points and rebounds.

His scoring prowess is further highlighted by his 591 total points, placing him 15th on Auburn’s single-season scoring list. Hall also set a new school record for free throws made in a season, with 210 and counting. A significant 35.5% of his points came from the line, contributing to Auburn’s impressive national ranking-second in both free throws made (20.4) and attempted (27.2) per game.

Consistency has been a hallmark of Hall's game, as he scored in double figures in 28 of his 29 games. He hit the 20-point mark in 17 games and delivered a season-high 32 points in consecutive matchups against Texas A&M and Arkansas.

This achievement made him the first Auburn player in 32 years to score 30 or more points in back-to-back games. Hall's season also includes three 30-point games and seven double-doubles.

As the Tigers gear up for postseason play, they will face Mississippi State in the first round of the SEC Tournament this Wednesday, March 11, with tip-off set for 2 p.m. on the SEC Network. Hall's contributions will be pivotal as Auburn looks to make a deep run in the tournament.
