Vanderbilt initially set the tone by clinching the doubles point. The Commodores' duo of Nathan Cox and Hoyoung Roh took down Auburn's Billy and Freddy Blaydes 6-3, while Jack Satterfield and Hugo Coquelin edged out Alan Bojarski and Jake Kennedy 7-5, securing the early advantage.
