During his tenure with the Eagles, he worked alongside Cunningham, who was a key figure under Howie Roseman.
In 2022, Heinlen joined the Cleveland Browns, reuniting with former Eagles colleague Andrew Berry. His role as a southwest area scout in Cleveland brought him into collaboration with Stefanski, further strengthening their professional relationship.
