For now, the attention stays on the latest power rankings, and at the bottom, the picture is pretty bleak. A couple of teams have already separated themselves in the wrong direction, and the gap between them and everyone else feels wide.

The Miami Dolphins are in a similar spot. Like the Falcons, they do not feel like an NFL team at the moment, and it would not be surprising if both clubs stay winless for a while. This is clearly a rebuilding year for Miami, but that does not make it any easier to watch.
The Dolphins sit at No. 31 in the rankings, and they are basically benefiting from the fact that the Falcons are around. Right now, those two teams look like the clear bottom tier in the league.
