Kevin Stefanski continues to put his stamp on the Falcons’ coaching staff, and Monday brought a fresh wave of hires and key retentions that offer a clearer picture of what Atlanta’s sideline will look like in 2026.
The Falcons have brought in Robert Prince as their new wide receivers coach. Prince spent last season in the same role with the Dolphins and recently interviewed for the Giants’ offensive coordinator job.
While that opportunity didn’t materialize, landing in Atlanta gives Prince a chance to work with a young, talented receiving corps that’s still looking to unlock its full potential. Known for his energy and experience, Prince brings a track record of developing wideouts and could be a key voice in helping elevate the Falcons' passing game under Stefanski’s system.
Atlanta is also holding onto some familiar faces from Raheem Morris’s 2025 staff, signaling a blend of continuity and change. Secondary coach Justin Hood, defensive line coach Nate Ollie, and tight ends coach Kevin Koger are all staying on board. Each played a role in guiding their respective units through a transitional season last year, and Stefanski clearly sees value in maintaining that foundation as he reshapes the broader coaching structure.
On the front office side, Stefanski is bringing in a trusted colleague from his Cleveland days. Bob Quinn, who served as a senior personnel and coaching executive with the Browns over the past five seasons, joins the Falcons as a senior advisor. Quinn’s experience in both front office and coaching realms gives Stefanski another seasoned voice in the room-someone who understands the nuances of roster building and staff management.
With these moves, Stefanski continues to build a staff that blends fresh perspective with proven familiarity. It’s a calculated approach-one that suggests he’s not just looking to replicate past success, but to tailor a winning formula that fits Atlanta’s current roster and long-term vision.
