The number on Bregman is the real hook here. He’s listed at +840 to homer for the 20th time this season, and he has already handled Rodriguez well in his career, going 9-for-27 with three home runs, two doubles and a 1.160 OPS. Rodriguez has allowed only 14 homers in 2026, but Bregman has been going deep about once every three games over the last month, which makes this price look too wide.
Olson is another left-handed bat who deserves attention after helping Atlanta to Tuesday’s upset win over the Los Angeles Dodgers. He went 2-for-4 with two runs scored, and he’s been one of MLB’s most reliable power sources all season, with 36 homers, a .260 average and an .868 OPS. His power has come from both sides of the plate, too, with 22 homers against right-handed pitching and 14 against lefties.
Wednesday night brings a matchup with Dodgers starter Roki Sasaki, who carries a 4.42 ERA and has allowed 21 home runs in 22 appearances this season. Sasaki has been better lately, but this is still a difficult assignment against an Atlanta lineup that ranks among the best in MLB. Olson has nine homers over his last 26 games, and after a two-hit night Tuesday, he looks like a live option again.
The Nationals’ Daylen Lile rounds out the group, and he’s coming in hot. Over his last seven games, he has two homers, a .300 batting average and a .911 OPS.
Overall, he has 17 homers in 132 games, including six over the last four weeks, and his damage against right-handed pitching is especially notable. Of his 17 home runs, 16 have come against righties, and he’s batting .257 with a .768 OPS in those matchups.
That sets him up well against the Rockies and Tanner Gordon. Gordon has split time between starting and relieving this season, but he’s allowed 16 home runs in 18 appearances and has given up three homers this month alone, leaving him with a 5.75 ERA in 2026. With Colorado’s bullpen ranking 27th in bullpen ERA, Lile comes at a favorable price and sits at nearly 5/1 as a home run play on Wednesday.
