One of the standout appearances came from the new offensive coordinator, Tim Cramsey. When asked about his ideal offensive player, Cramsey's response was immediate and clear: "Speed. Fast."
For Cramsey, speed isn't just a desirable trait-it's the foundation of his offensive strategy. While coaching staffs can develop skills, teach schemes, and build confidence, pure speed is a natural gift that can't be manufactured. As Cramsey put it, "When you’re fast, you’re fast."
This belief shapes his recruiting and offensive building strategy.
