The Arizona Cardinals will open their home schedule Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks at State Farm Stadium, and fans heading in for the 3:25 p.m. Eastern kickoff will find more than a new-look offense waiting for them.
The stadium’s 2026 food and beverage menu guide includes a fresh batch of items for the Cardinals’ nine home games, with Craft Culinary Concepts behind the lineup. That means the game-day options are coming from chefs, not just the usual stadium standbys. Hot dogs, soft pretzels, cheeseburgers, and popcorn are still part of the picture, but Executive Chef Sean Kavanaugh is bringing a much wider spread to the table.
The menu includes several gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian choices, along with a handful of oversized creations built to feed a crowd.
Two of the most eye-catching additions are the Beef Birria Machete and the Chopped Cheese Machete Quesadilla, each stretching about two feet long. The birria version is packed with savory beef birria and is meant to feed four or five people, while the chopped cheese version comes loaded with griddled ground beef, melted cheese, adobo seasoning, and diced onions. Both are available in Sections 210 and 240.
The “Rivalry Items” category brings a pair of burgers and dogs tied to Seattle week. The BBQ Brisket Burger features homemade roasted garlic and Sriracha BBQ sauce with jalapeno candy, and it will be sold in Sections 129, 235, and 420.
The Sonoran Style Seattle Dog, set to debut when the Seahawks come to town in Week 2, is a bacon-wrapped all-beef hot dog topped with whipped cream cheese, griddled onions, roasted jalapeño sauce, and yellow mustard on a brioche bun. It will also be available in Sections 129, 235, and 420.
For fans looking for something a little different, the Club Level will offer Milk Toast Sandwiches inspired by Uptown Phoenix restaurant “Let’s Toast.” The sandwiches use Japanese-style milk bread and come in several varieties, including a mozzarella grilled cheese, with homemade kettle chips on the side.
There’s also a run of items that put a creative spin on familiar stadium food. Chicken and Waffle Wings feature crispy wings tossed in a sweet maple-bourbon glaze and coated in waffle dust, and they’ll be sold in Sections 107, 129, 247, 408, and 420. The Arizona Chiltepin Honey Hot Chicken Breast Sandwich pairs a fried chicken breast with sweet-and-spicy chiltepin chiles, hot honey, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and ranch sauce on a brioche bun, but it will be limited to Section 124.
The Big Red Turkey Wrap comes on a big red tortilla with shaved smoked turkey breast, grilled flank steak, slaw, a smashed cucumber salad, and a seed-based crunch. It’ll be available in Sections 103, 119, 125, 220, 406, 434, 437, 450, and 452. The Spicy Super Protein Salad is built with Little Gem lettuce, Chile Pequin grilled flank steak, hard-boiled egg, roasted vegetables, Ancho Chimichurri dressing, and a mix of chia seeds, pepitas, and toasted hemp seeds, and it will be sold in Sections 103, 125, 220, and 229.
Two more items round out the list: the Indian Frybread Dog, which starts with a Big City Reds hot dog and layers on chili, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, crema, roasted jalapeño sauce, and shredded cheese on Indian frybread, and the Walkin Taco-Fritos, which stacks seasoned beef, warm nacho cheese sauce, street corn, and Tostitos Vegetarian Chile over Fritos or Nacho Cheese Flavored Doritos, served right in the chip bag. The frybread dog will be offered in Sections 107, 129, 235, 247, 408, and 420, while the Walkin Taco-Fritos will be available in Sections 126 and 434.
