Jeremiyah Love is already spending like a player who knows exactly what his new NFL life looks like.
The Arizona Cardinals rookie, fresh off a four-year, $54 million deal, bought his girlfriend a Lamborghini Urus, and the reveal came through a TikTok video posted to her account, Aliece. The luxury SUV typically lands somewhere in the $234,000 to $338,000 range, with many models settling around $300,000.
Love’s contract includes a $35 million signing bonus, and the car purchase quickly became the clearest sign yet that the former Notre Dame standout is enjoying the first big payoff of his pro career.
The deal came after Arizona took Love third overall in the 2026 NFL Draft. Before making the jump, he reportedly brought in around $1.6 million through NIL opportunities.
That spending spree stands in sharp contrast to what Love said earlier when asked about the money by ESPN.
"I'm not going to touch the money," he said. "I'm probably going to put it all away and live normally like I've been doing now."
Love’s personal life has stayed mostly out of the spotlight, though he has previously said he wants to get married sometime in the next few years.
On the field, though, the rookie is facing a less celebratory reality. Cardinals offensive coordinator Nathaniel Hackett recently delivered a blunt answer when asked about the running back situation, and his comments put Love in direct competition with James Conner.
Hackett said he was "excited for James to get out there and show what he's got" at training camp, and added that he was excited to see "all the guys."
When the question turned to Love, Hackett’s response was short: "I mean, he's definitely a rookie."
That kind of public positioning would be a surprise for Arizona after using the No. 3 pick on Love, especially with other roster needs still sitting there, including the offensive line and pass rush. Still, Love entered the draft with plenty of buzz after being regarded as the top offensive prospect in the class.
At Notre Dame, he ran for 1,372 yards and 18 touchdowns.
Conner, meanwhile, has been with the Cardinals since 2021 and has dealt with injuries along the way. He missed all but three weeks of the season because of a foot injury, and over the last five seasons has rushed for 3,763 yards and 38 touchdowns.
