The Arizona Cardinals trimmed their roster down to 53 on Sunday, parting with 34 players as the team moved toward its final regular-season group.
Among the most notable names on the list were linebacker BJ Ojulari, cornerback Sean Murphy-Bunting, safety Isaiah Oliver, running back Evan Hull, quarterback Kedon Slovis and wide receiver Ihmir Smith-Marsette. The Cardinals also released punter Jack Browning, tight end Teagan Quitoriano, and several offensive linemen, including Matt Pryor, Oli Udoh, Christian Jones, Demontrey Jacobs, Ka’ena De Cambra and Valentin Senn.

The Cardinals also made a few injury-related roster moves. Running back James Conner and defensive lineman Zach Carter were placed on IR designated to return, while tight end Tip Reiman was placed on the PUP list. Safety Josh Minkins was waived/injured.
